The Book

I don’t want to figure out how long it took me to write this book.

In truth, I didn’t write it. I transcribed it. Ideas came to me. I organized them and fixed the grammar (with Laurie’s help). The ideas are not mine although I certainly agree with them.

The work I did on this book stands on the shoulders of Louise Hay, the Forever Queen of Affirmations. She was a gracious lady whom I was honored to meet at a Hay House Writer’s Workshop.

Affirm Yourself is divided into four sections:

  1. An introduction to the Voice in Your Head and the problems that mine has been causing me.
  2. The Primacy of Thought; proof that your thoughts influence who you are and what you do.
  3. Why you should learn to write your own personal affirmations and how to do it.
  4. How to practice using affirmations.

The book is full of exercises to give you practice writing and revising your own affirmations as you learn to use them.

Good vs Evil

As you read this, I am working on developing my author platform. This book deserves to be published by a major publisher and they require that the author have a large group of followers who will hopefully buy the book when it is published. This is especially true for a new author like myself.

So, I would deeply appreciate it if you would sign up for my email list. I will send you a free copy of an ebook entitled Conscious Evolution: Thinking Your Way to a Better You when you sign up.

If you like what you see here, it will help me build my platform and get Affirm Yourself published if you share a link to any posts that you like with your friends by email or by posting a link on your Facebook page. Deepest thanks in advance.
